Take some time to think about what you want and what you need.  The first step in this process is to consider some questions that you will be asked regarding your project:

  • For whom is the space being designed?
  • What activities will take place there?
  • How long do you plan to occupy the space?
  • What is your time frame?
  • What is your budget?
  • Are you relocating or remodelling?
  • What image do you want to project?

Also, be sure to consider the positive and negative aspects of the space.  If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't worry, you will be led gently through the design process.

Keep in mind the more information you provide, the more successful Ewa will be in meeting your needs and expectations.

You may want to reference other visual images (photos, postcards, magazine photographs) or environments that reflect your aesthetic and functional criteria.  The more input you provide, the easier it becomes for Ewa to respond with additional ideas and to create spaces that will meet your goals.  She does not provide a formulaic interior design solution but gain her inspiration from her clients and, as no two people are the same, no two of her interiors are the same either.

Ewa views her role in the client/designer relationship as a lead to inspire, suggest and guide her clients toward a beautiful interior which is a personal haven.  A haven in which you feel comfortable and relaxed - a space in which you feel truly at home.

To get a flavour of Ewa’s design style, read some of her published articles based upon the interiors process: functional, beautiful and practical.
